1. Refund Policy

At Creek Autos LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy:

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    To qualify for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of the delivery date. The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no additional wear and tear, damages, or modifications.

  • Process for Refund:
    To initiate a refund, please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@creekautosllc.com. Once your request is approved, we will go ahead and arrange for the vehicle to be returned. After a successful inspection of the vehicle, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.

  • Exclusions:
    Certain items, such as special-order vehicles, may not be eligible for refunds. Any non-refundable items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes your needs may change after making a purchase. That’s why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy:

  • Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
    Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. The vehicle must be in its original condition, free from additional wear and tear, damages, or modifications.

  • Exchange Process:
    If you wish to exchange your vehicle for another one, please contact our customer service team at hello@creekautosllc.com. We will assist you in finding a suitable replacement. Any price difference between the original and exchanged vehicles will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Return Process:
    To return a vehicle, please contact us at hello@creekautosllc.com. Once your return is approved, we will arrange for the vehicle to be returned. After a successful inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.

  • Restocking Fee:
    A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns, depending on the condition of the vehicle and the terms of the sale. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

3. Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • The vehicle must be returned with all original paperwork, keys, and accessories.
  • Any damages or alterations to the vehicle may result in additional charges or a reduction in the refund amount.
  • Vehicles with mileage exceeding 300 miles or 480 kilometres since the date of delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Special Order Vehicles:
    Vehicles ordered specifically for you may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Vehicles Sold “As-Is”:
    Any vehicles sold under an “as-is” condition or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
